fix: improve Romanian UI translations

• fix a typo in the Romanian previous page label
• translate remaining English strings in packages/starlight/translations/ro.json

This looks great to me. I took the liberty of slightly tweaking the changeset to match the wording we usually use for translation updates.

We can merge this PR now and it will be included in our next patch release 🚀
