Microsoft AI Foundry can expose LLM / Agents / Capabilities from multiple providers:

- Anthropic Claude (LLM)
- OpenAI (Embedding + LLM + Image + Video)
- Mistral (LLM + Document AI)
...

Would be nice to interact with those capabilities through celeste
