Keyboard.dimiss() not working after updating to 4.5

Issue Description

We had been previously using 4.4 and recently updated to 4.5.
The problem is Keyboard.dismiss() which previously worked fine is no longer working.

Steps to Reproduce

Step to reproduce is simple.
Keyboard.dismiss()

• Device info (Simulator/Device? OS version? Debug/Release?): Samsung S8+
