- Made a "cache" for OnMouseMove events - Added Translation with Vue-I18n
- Added Chinese (original language), English and Brazilian Portuguese translations

In this PR I implemented the project internationalization with Vue-I18n and added Chinese (original language), English and Brazilian Portuguese translations.
I solved a login freeze that occurs with Firefox browser as well.
I already submitted a PR to the "quasar-admin-server" project with partially translated database information to english. This makes it possible to the application to translate some information, like menus entries, that are in the database.
