iOS build failed

Hi,

I've built with React Native 0.45.1 and react-native-fetch-blob 0.10.6 and failed with the following error message:

In file included from <...>/node_modules/react-native-fetch-blob/ios/RNFetchBlob/RNFetchBlob.h:22:
../../react-native/React/Base/RCTBridgeModule.h:12:9: fatal error: 'React/RCTDefines.h' file not found

I'm having the same problem. I'm on React Native 0.46.1 with ExpoKit SDK 19.0.0 and eact-native-fetch-blob 0.10.6 to 0.10.8. It is not clear to me how to fix this.

@wkh237 I couldn't get this to work with a fresh expo detach. Which comments in these two issues were you thinking would be helpful?

@wkh237 after starting over from scratch I was able to get this working with an ejected expo app. Thanks!
