How to read Chunk of a file ?

You have to read the file and select the chunk that you want in your own code. There is no mechanism in the code to start at an offset and read only a number of bytes. Not the the regular file reading method, not in the stream method. It would actually be possible, I think relatively easily, to add offset and length parameters. The underlying Java function (I have not looked at the iOS code) that is used is FileInputStream.read (Link), which takes those parameters. Currently the low-level code only supplies one parameter, the buffer array.

Funny thing is, there IS such a method, here is the commit that added it on 17 May:

We're working on this feature, the implementation is finished just no time test it. I'm closing this issue as this is what #124 does.
