Update to Beta show no AP after install

What happened?

After flashing to V16, no AP exists and no way to communicate with new instance.
Versions below 16 install and work just fine. Even when going back to a v15.4 after

To Reproduce Bug

ESP32-D1 Mini with CP210 chip
Flash to V16
No AP and no way to communicate to WLED
The flash appeared to go fine. I received the successful update and rebooting message.
But after that, I can not access the instance. No AP showing.
I even tried erasing flash, re-flashing the bootloader.
Load both via OTA, then flashed back to 15.4 and flashed again via USB.
No luck...

Expected Behavior

After Flashing to version 16, I expect to be able to communicate with WLED

What version of WLED?

WLED_16.0.0-beta_ESP32.bin / WLED_16.0.0-beta_Dig-Quad-V3-AEPlus.bin / WLED_17.0.0-dev_ESP32.bin

AP shows after fresh install.

If you look at the logs, I suspect you will see it is failing to boot. You do not give enough details as to how you installed the update for us to indicate that it going wrong. Please referee to discord or Reddit for support
