Consider using `linux-static` instead of `linuxstatic` for binaries in wokwi-cli releases?

There's no real standard for binary architecture naming (other than gcc triplets which I would not recommend), but to the degree there are conventions, OS (linux, macos, etc), linkage (static, musl, libc, etc), and architecture (x64/x86_64, arm64, etc) are generally separated by hyphens in filenames.

linuxstatic is coming from https://github.com/yao-pkg/pkg?tab=readme-ov-file#targets, so I'm not very fond of manually renaming the binary after pkg produces it.

One thing we could too is also build the linux target and include it in the release (so we'll have both linux and linuxstatic). WDYT?
