This fixes compiler errors in wolfSSH when wolfSSL is configured with
./configure --enable-ssh --disable-filesystem --disable-aesgcm --disable-eccThis issue was reported in https://www.wolfssl.com/forums/topic1711-does-wolfssh-require-aesgcm-and-ecc-and-nofilesystem.html
This PR updates and closes #328.
