Adds OpenSSH portable 10.3p1 to the existing GitHub Actions OpenSSH test workflow matrix so wolfSSL’s OpenSSH integration is validated against the newest supported upstream release (alongside the already-tested 9.6, 9.9p2, 10.0p2, 10.2p1).
Changes:
- Extend the
openssh_checkjob matrix to includeV_10_3_P1/10.3p1. - Reuse the existing
SKIP_LTESTSset used for other 10.x entries.
