Description
This PR adds more extensive tests (full wycheproof test vector set) and some API tests (NULL, bad input, etc.) for AES EAX.
Let me know if you think these tests (especially the vector ones) should instead be located elsewhere (e.g. wolfcrypt test.c). I mostly didn't include it there because all the other tests have only one or two vectors, so didn't want to add a larger test to that file.
