wolfssl/test.h: move wolfsentry logic out of wolfssl project and into header file in wolfsentry project.tested with
make notification-demo-build-testin wolfsentry project. The newwolfsentry/wolfssl_test.hwill be added in wolfSentry release 1.6 this week.
