Testing
./configure '--disable-shared' 'LDFLAGS=--static' '--host=armv7m' 'CC=arm-linux-gnueabi-gcc' '--enable-sp' '--enable-sp-asm' '--enable-armasm'
(IAR compiled code has ecc_test fail.)
