fix formatting infractions in the ports (hard tabs, trailing whitespace, C++ comments, stray Unicode including numerous homoglyphs).
tested with
wolfssl-multi-test.sh ... check-source-textwith coverage expanded to include the ports, with the sole exception ofwolfcrypt/src/port/armwhich is full of script-generated hard tabs that should probably remain.also tested with
git diff -w, which produces a very small changeset affecting mostly the fixed C++ comments.
