Fix average and fetch all PR timeline events

• Average calculation were not accurate, fix by #2
• Only 50 timeline events was fetch for each PR, fix by #3

Here we go first version:

• On merged PR GitHub Action will run and generates some stats 🙌
• if the input comment is set totrue a comment with the stats will appear in the merged PR
