Note:

We are no longer doing "error overlays" because of a variety of reasons including the local cache. Instead, we opted to display an error notice with a "Retry" button. So for the dashboard screen we should mimic what the order list has already where the retry button essentially hooks into the same logic as pull-to-refresh:
