Dashboard: New orders UI reflects incorrect values after logout→login

Noticed this one while testing #295 — steps to repro:

1. Log into an account with a lot of orders with processing status
2. After a few processing orders load, view the My Store tab
3. Verify you see the New Orders alert:

4. Log out
5. Sign back in using the same account
6. Notice the New Orders alert is the same as step 3 ☝️ for a few seconds until the first page of orders is fetched
