Crash when editing after uknown HTML.

<h3>Steps to reproduce:</h3>

1. Launch the empty editor
2. Switch to HTML mode
3. Type `<asd>`
4. Switch to visual mode
5. Move the caret after the unknown HTML attachment.
6. Type anything

Result: crash!

Seems like a range-mapping issue.
