HTMLAttachment Touch Events Not Relayed

### Steps to reproduce the behavior
1. Launch the Empty Editor
2. Switch to HTML Mode
3. Enter `<table>HERE</table>`
4. Switch to Rich Mode
5. Tap over the `[TABLE]` Attachment

### Expected behavior
The Unknown HTML Editor shows up onscreen

### Actual behavior
Nothing happens!
