Change the color in the navigation area #15927
Description
Expected behavior
The color should be consistent in the bottom nav and the background of the indicator area.
Actual behavior
There are two different colors here.

Tested on [device], Android [version], WPAndroid [version]
Tested on Pixel 5, Android 12, WPAndroid 19.2-rc-1 (1166)
