Post Editor: replace No Results view #9940
Description
In the Post Editor (AztecPostViewController), replace WPNoResultsView with NoResultsViewController.
The No Results view is displayed when:
- The user has no WordPress media.
- Media is being fetched.
- No results from searching the WordPress media library.
