Bump the pod spec version to 1.1.9 for release.

This looks good!

You will also want to update the Podfile.lock since the version has changed.

This should do it: bundle install && bundle exec pod install

Update: I was wrong here, the Podfile doesn't reference the podspec so its not needed.
