Remove stale navigation entry for deleted quick-action page
The commit deletes mini-apps/sharing/puf-qa.mdx but leaves "mini-apps/sharing/puf-qa" in the Quick Actions navigation list, which creates a dead docs route (and can fail stricter validation/build flows that require every nav page to resolve to a source file). Please remove or replace this entry to keep navigation consistent with the remaining content.
