Frost Mage Sim - Noticed Issues

• Nether Attunement does not work, should be a massively higher amount of passive mana regen scaling with haste
• Rune of Power grants damage bonus but no passive mana regen
• Simming Incanter's Ward crashes sim. It's also not an option in the APL. Custom setting option to "trigger" the effect of shield dissipating every X seconds maybe?
• Engi glove tinker not available
• Pandaren not available
• Mage 2p T14 only increasing Ice Lance damage by about 3.5%ish. Should be 12%
• No implementation of selecting a Mage Armor in Settings/Talents (added as a pre-pull action in APL works, but not user friendly to change it there) Auto rotation would normally cast this in Cata sim, but does not in Mop sim.
• Frost Bomb is not scaling with Haste
• Summon Water Ele is categorized as a Major CD and is being cast every minute even though Ele remains active.
