Show draggable, searchable maps (standard, bicycle, transport, hiking) on your Wordpress-Blog. 

== Description ==

Cartogiraffe.com is a new map based on Openstreetmap. You can use it as standard map, bicycle map, transport map or hiking map.

The bicycle map contains cycleways, cyclepaths and routes.
The transport map contains trains, trams, buses and so on with stations.
The hiking map contains hiking-friendly paths - both in cities and in nature.

Use the shortcode-generator in the article-edit-mode to create shortcodes. You can display as many maps as you need within your article.

== Installation ==


1. Upload the folder "cartogiraffe" within the .zip-file to the `/wp-content/plugins/` directory.
1a) Alternatively, use "Plugins" => "Install" => "Upload Plugins" in your WP admin panel.
2. Activate the plugin through the 'Plugins' menu in WordPress.

No configuration required, it takes only a minute.


== Screenshots ==

1. Wordpress map plugin: The admin panel is easy to use. Choose your location, set map style (symbol buttons with word, bus, bycicle and people)
2. The output is a searchable (if not deactivated), draggable map.
3. The cycle map gives helpful infrastructure information. Cycling is permitted on green paths, but forbidden on black ones. Cycleways are red, Cyclepaths gray.
4. The transport map displays buslines (red), trams (blue), trains and ferries.
5. The hiking map is perfect for walking and hiking. It displays hiking routes (dotted) and best ways for pedestrians (green).
6. The Berlin Wall is an example for Openstreetmap-Relations. Highlight Bike-Routes, Bus-Lines, Boundaries etc.
