WPGraphQL Logging Plugin - Snags - Sprint 19

Overview

After testing the plugin in a staging setup, I found the following issues that should be addressed

Checklist

• [] Admin filters not showing selected filter
• [] Offer the ability to not log the SeedQuery for Faust or typename
• [] Some of the context logs are too large due to the response being logged. We should make this optional.
• [] The config for filters isn't working
• [] Logging plugin is logging user data (e.g. email, etc)
• [] Pub/Sub not passing through level value
• [] We shouldn't delete the database etc when we de-activate the plugin

Stretch Goals

• [] Update documentation for hooks (action and filters) with real examples
• [] Improve test coverage as some parts of the codebase not tested
• [] Default config values when the plugin is installed
• [] Clear all filters

Noting the user data is being logged from the app context object from the WPGraphQL/Request. We will look at this in the next sprint as part of data sanitation.
