Members and Google Analytics by Monsterinsights false positives #107

The Members and Google Analytics by Monsterinsights plugins are showing a series of warnings for files that don't contain PHP code.
In Members the flagged files seem to be templates for something else as the tags are <# and #> rather than short tags.
In Google Analytics for Monsterinsights there's a plugin file that just contains plain HTML, so no PHP tags of any kind.
