If you have IPv6 address then rate limiting package refresh actions breaks because the IP can't be sotred in the too-small small field

The website redesign (commit 20f5de6) introduced a space which breaks composer commands, which expect no space in a package+version specifier.
Add a click-to-copy icon to the front of the versions list in the search result table, which, when clicked, copies the composer package name without any version.
