BHServe 1.7.4 — searchable, paginated Node & Python tabs

The Node and Python tabs now have the same search + “Show” menu + pagination as the Sites and Databases lists — so a long list of apps stays manageable.

New shared setting Apps per page — Node & Python tabs (default 15) under Settings ▸ List sizes.

Fix

• The Python tab now shows the installed Python version (e.g. "Python 3.13.4 installed") instead of a blank version. (The interpreter folder has no version in its path, so BHServe now reads it from python --version.)

Supersedes 1.0.27. Install: run BHServe-Setup-1.0.28.exe (unsigned -> SmartScreen: More info -> Run anyway).
