Reverts the v1.3.x instant-commit, which broke reph typed in Windows order (consonant then the ref key Shift+A): ভ া স ⇧A ন was producing ভাসর্ন instead of ভার্সন.
A static keylayout can't both commit a consonant instantly (no composing underline) and let a later ref key reorder র্ in front of it — they're mutually exclusive. This release restores the reph behaviour (the consonant is held briefly, as before), so:
ভ া স ⇧A ন→ ভার্সন ✓ক ম ⇧A→ কর্ম ✓
The ⌘C/⌘V/⌘X (and all ⌘ / ⌃⌘) shortcut fixes from v1.2.x are kept. The brief composing underline returns — it's inherent to the deadkey-based reordering. Verified on the real macOS UCKeyTranslate engine.
Install: remove the old "Bangla Unicode" input source in System Settings → Keyboard, install, log out/in, then re-add it (macOS caches layouts by id).
