In order to put the Beta unit given to my FTC team in flashing mode, I had to hold down the config button while powering it on, in addition to having it plugged into USB. This is not documented in either the configuration section of the FTC instructions or the flashing instructions of the main README. The main README should mention this step being needed for Beta units, and the FTC instructions should provide a link there along with a note that FTC teams have Beta units.
