bug: CoreAsyncSelect show clear icon when value is not present

Describe the bug
Clear icon is showing for CoreAsyncSelect input component even when the value is empty.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to any form having CoreAsyncSelect field
2. Click on the field
3. See this visual error

Expected behavior
Clear icon button should not appear if there is no value present in the field.
