Fix javadoc path in pom file

I guess you don't set JAVA_HOME to the parent of bin/java or use symlinks or do something custom that makes your development environment simpler.

Any interest in setting path to the more standards ${java.home}/bin/javadoc?

This caused mvn package to fail for me on the javadoc step.
