Disclosure: I built this, so take it as a self-promo with that grain of salt.
Alongside another project I've been building, I tried to refute 20 "how to get traction" growth tactics for AI/dev tools using real sourced evidence instead of survivorship-bias blog posts: things like "post on Reddit," "SEO will find you," "cold DM people," "list it on every directory." 11 of the 20 didn't hold up once I actually checked outcomes instead of vibes.
That graveyard became the diagnostic logic behind a free Claude Code plugin.
/diagnosewalks through why a shipped product isn't selling and points at the pattern that's actually blocking it, sourced back to the original research rather than generic advice. MIT, no telemetry, no license checks.Posting here because this repo is full of people building agent tooling that eventually has to find users, same problem this was built for. Not positioning it against anything in this collection, it's a diagnostic step after the build, not a build tool.

Happy to answer anything about the methodology or what got refuted.
