FAPI conformance test suite is failing

Description

The FAPI conformance test suite is failing. However the github action says its a successful build.

Expectations:

1. Fix the failing test cases.
2. Decide the build passing state based on the failed test cases.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Goto https://github.com/wso2/product-is/actions/runs/13932950970/job/38994319265.
2. Expand Run Tests step.
