Because of #430, I'm just going to skip running the v7 tests on releases branches and tags. These can still be run on demand on PRs using the appropriate label. If/when we add v7 support in the future, this can be reenabled.
This PR also makes sure the index array returned by
vectorize_whereis alway of typeint.
