Lets add Error and Debug log levels which can be also forwarded to stderr #1705

What should it do?
Let's update logger package to:
- Properly initialize log
- Add Debug and Error levels implementation in this package
- Add forwarding to stderr on request
- Maybe: ?switch to slog package?
In this issue, I would like to discuss Maintainers and Comunity opinion, and maybe implement it based on that
