Somewhere on the mapscreen like the top right display text indicating when the bus data last updated.
- Display something like “Updating…” while fetching live bus data
- Display something like “Last updated ” after a successful refresh
- Make the color of the text change with the users theme preference
- (Optional) Maybe disable network error for bus data??? Like show it after you have network error for a certain amount of time because the api server like crashes sometimes and seeing a network error non-stop for users can be annoying.
If you don't think its that useful for the user just make it like a debug UI.
