Add script description in GUI

It would be useful to have a description of script (with text taken from the code, for example inputs.description="Script description more detailed than just filename") being visible in GUI. Now you have to open code and check comment in header.

this one is tricky because now script does not need to be executed to obtain metadata beforehand. this will enforce it. not sure
