Is this a glitch or are they no longer on the app... 
I reinstalled them from the software manager yesterday, but they just show up in the OS menu under Sound & Video as completely separate components... |

We still use them. Most likely it is like the warning says. The plugins are not installed on your system. OR they were in a location easyeffects can not find.
Do you know if it used the flatpak package from flathub or a native package from your distribution repository? |

lv2packages with names related to the missing plugins in your image.
