Following Vadim’s suggestion, this PR adds a new entry for Axialis IconVectors on the About → Screenshots page.
It includes four screenshots (Windows and macOS versions) with thumbnails, plus a short description.
Axialis IconVectors is a professional SVG icon editor built with wxWidgets, designed for developers who create or customize vector icons.
It features pixel-perfect editing, live export to code (SVG, React, Vue, XAML, C++), and optimized SVG output ready for integration into applications.
IconVectors is available for Windows and macOS, with a Linux version coming soon.
