[BUG] codex CLI命令，触发需要用户授权某个权限的时候，没有声音提示，状态一直属于work状态

Fixed in main (commit 124b2ff). The Codex CLIConfig now registers PermissionRequest (24h timeout, blocking), so when Codex hits a shell-escalation / managed-network approval gate it'll route through HookServer → AppState.handlePermissionRequest, pop the approval card, and fire the SoundManager event.

Will ship in the next release. Existing users: hit Settings → Reinstall Hooks once so ~/.codex/hooks.json gets the new entry. Reopen if Codex approvals still don't trigger UI/sound after that.
