Extreme Input Lag/Repeating on loading new chunks

Describe the bug

Moving whilst loading chunks, even just moving to another chunk causes extreme lag. Also removed all mods (excluding VulkanMod), issue still prevailed. Makes game unplayable when loading in for over 4 minutes.

Steps to reproduce

1. Load into world.
2. Move when chunks are loading or just being altered. (even the tiniest bit)
3. Complain about movement.
4. Profit.

Game does not crash, but I will post my specs.

macOS 15.7.1 (24G231)

M1 Apple Silicon Chip

16GB Ram (8GB allocated)

Plenty of free storage (55.38GB)

@ShampooBrew try lowering the memory allocation to 2GB or 4GB and see if it still stutters.
