this pull request:

• adds currently teaching widget which displays the currently teaching classes with a typewriter-esque animation style with a blinking cursor
• adds two roles: mark and underline which marks (like a highlighter) and underlines like a pencil to emphasise something
• deprecated the (custom) author sphinx directive's timestamp option
• adds minor qol improvements to the responsive CSS views
