I know 26.1.10 is not tagged on 26.1-lcm, but we really have the latest release 26.1.10 already. So I think it can be 26.1.10-next

The tag 26.1.10 is not in the LCM branch. So it was auto-generated like this.
This is just a mark or a reminder for updating it once it is released with a future tag.
The value will be changed to the future tag once it is tagged. So I think it doesn't matter here.
