Regenerated all bindings with alef 0.26.0. Picks up alef's sync-versions byte-stability fix: sync-versions no longer rewrites externally-formatted scaffold/manifest files and preserves external SwiftPM dependency pins instead of clobbering them with the workspace version. This clears the CI version-sync freshness gate.
Updated dependencies within their current major versions (Rust crates, PHP dev tooling, pnpm toolchain pin).
