OCR-GPU-Acceleration after Migration to Kreuzberg v4 still available?

Hi everyone :)

My team just discovered kreuzberg — and it looks absolutely fantastic!

After trying it out (using the dockerized version), we realized our GPU wasn't being used (for paddle-ocr), even when it was provided to the container.

After looking through the docs and the code history, we noticed that there had been support for GPU acceleration in the later stages of kreuzberg v3. Additionally, the docs still reference the use_gpu flag.

We were wondering whether GPU acceleration will be available again, or if it is already available and we're doing something wrong.
