Is this only for Codex?

No. It is an Agent Skill for Codex, Claude Code, and compatible agent systems that can use a SKILL.md based skill directory.

Is this a thesis-writing tool?

It supports thesis and graduation-project workflows, but the main positioning is research paper writing, literature review, rebuttal, evidence verification, and academic integrity.

Can it write final prose directly?

It can help draft prose, but the intended workflow is to build evidence artifacts first, then write or revise text.

Can it cite papers automatically?

It should not cite or summarize papers that have not been found and verified. Primary sources are preferred.

Can it guarantee paper acceptance?

No. It can improve structure, evidence discipline, and rebuttal quality, but acceptance depends on research quality, venue fit, reviewers, and human decisions.

Does it replace human review?

No. Final submission, authorship, ethics, school compliance, and high-stakes claims require human review.

Should Excel be the source of truth?

No. CSV, YAML, and Markdown are the working source formats. Excel exports are useful for advisor or collaborator review.

Why not put all of this in the README?

The README should help people understand, trust, and star the project quickly. The Wiki is for longer usage notes, examples, workflow details, and FAQ entries that would make the README too heavy.

可以辅助起草，但推荐流程是先建立文献矩阵、实验矩阵和 claim ledger，再写最终 prose。

可以自动引用论文吗？

不应该引用未找到、未核验的论文。优先使用 primary sources。

能保证录用或高分吗？

不能。它能提升结构、证据纪律和 rebuttal 质量，但录用、评分和答辩结果仍取决于研究质量、venue、导师和评审。

为什么不把这些都放 README？

README 应该快速打动路人并帮助 star 转化；Wiki 用来承载长教程、模板解释、FAQ 和错误案例。
