Update from code changes: sync Activity API events and limits to Spanish

Summary

Syncs the Spanish translation of the X Activity API introduction with the recent English updates to private events and subscription limits.

Changes

• Adds post.mention.create to the Post events table.
• Adds the "Current private events" bullet list (likes, encrypted chat, DMs, typing indicator, post mentions).
• Updates subscription limits: Self-serve 1,500 · Enterprise 75,000 · Partner 150,000.

Context

The English page was updated in the upstream source change; the Spanish translation was still showing the older event list and prior limits (1,000 / 50,000 / 100,000).
