CI workflow updates completed successfully ✅

Updated all GitHub Actions workflows to exclude bot branches from push event triggers. This prevents duplicate workflow runs when bots (dependabot and xgopilot) create pull requests.

Changes Made

Modified 3 workflow files to add branch exclusions:

• .github/workflows/go.yml
• .github/workflows/gentest.yml
• .github/workflows/end2end.yml

Each workflow now uses:

on:
  push:
    branches:
      - "**"
      - "!dependabot/**"
      - "!xgopilot/**"
  pull_request:
    branches: [ "**" ]

This ensures bot PRs only trigger the pull_request event, not both push and pull_request events.
